We have partnered with Gateway Pet Memorial (located in Guelph, Ontario) for both cremation services and aftercare products. Gateway is Canada’s first accredited pet aftercare provider and they continue to set industry standards for excellence across North America. Together, we ensure that your pet is treated with the utmost dignity and respect throughout the aftercare process.
Your beloved pet will be the only pet in the cremation chamber to ensure that you receive only the cremated remains of your pet. Their cremated remains will be delivered to your family Veterinary clinic or your home in a scatter tube, silk pouch, keepsake, or urn of your choice.
Your beloved pet is cremated with other pets. Their cremated remains are not returned to you but are taken to the Sandy Ridge Pet Cemetery in Eden, Ontario.
As no cremated remains are returned to you when you choose communal cremation, you may wish to consider a paw print or other memorial product that does not hold remains as a remembrance.
Each municipality has their own by-laws and legislation regarding home burial. Please contact your city/township office for more details. Additionally, you must own the property or have the property owners permission before burying your pet.
